Say goodbye to late-night trips to the dumpster—let Valet Trash handle it for you!
Worry-Free Waste Collection. Effortless Living.
How It Works
There’s a reason it’s called “valet” trash—because Valet Trash sets the standard. Our communities enjoy doorstep trash and recycling collection five nights a week, with customizable schedules to fit your community’s needs.

Trash Preparation
Collection dates, service times, and waste containers may vary by community. Check with your management team to confirm your schedule or request a missing container.
For collection, all bags must be securely tied—no loose items. Bags should be strong enough to hold contents without ripping or leaking.
Need more bags? Reorder anytime from our Shop!

Ready for Pickup
Place your container with a securely tied trash bag outside your front door during the designated two-hour window before collection begins.
If you have multiple bags, stack them by “snow coning” one on top of the other inside the container.
For exact collection dates and service times, check with your community management team.

You’re Done!
Just bring your container back inside your apartment by 9:00 AM the next morning.
Now go enjoy your day—no more dumpster trips!

Weather Advisory
For the safety of residents and Service Valets, Valet Living may suspend service due to severe weather.
“Recycling can be challenging for many properties, so Valet Living has designed a program that makes it simple for residents to participate and adopt a greener lifestyle.”
- Only place approved items in recycling or food waste containers.
- Non-recyclable materials can contaminate an entire batch, making it unusable.
- Most communities require recycled items to be in a clear bag for collection.
- If food waste collection is available, it must be placed in a compostable bag.
- In single-bin communities, trash, recycling, and food waste must be bagged separately and placed inside the bin. Stack multiple bags on top of each other if needed.
- Rinse out food containers before placing them in recycling.
- Incorrectly sorted waste may lead to disposal of the entire bag.
- Unsure if something is recyclable? When in doubt—throw it out!
Recycling and food waste collection rules may vary by community. Check with property management for details.
